Collabora Online in OpenCloud

Collabora Online allows you to to create / edit documents (text, spreadsheets, presentations) directly in your browser without any additional software.
The integration with OpenCloud provides seamless access to your files and enables real-time collaboration.

Features in OpenCloud​

Open files directly from the cloud​

All documents stored in OpenCloud can be opened directly in Collabora.

Collaborative editing​

Multiple users can work on the same document simultaneously, with real-time synchronization of changes.

Mention users in ODT files​

You can mention OpenCloud members directly in ODT files opened with Collabora.

To mention a user, type @ followed by the user's name in the document. Then select the matching user from the suggestion list.

The mentioned user receives a notification in OpenCloud. This helps draw their attention to a specific part of the document or request feedback.

User mentions are currently only supported in ODT files.

Insert images from OpenCloud​

You can insert images stored in OpenCloud directly into your documents.

Auto-Save and versioning​

Changes are saved automatically, and all versions are retained within OpenCloud.

Supported formats​

Collabora Online supports common office formats such as .odt, .docx, .ods, .xlsx, .odp, and more.
