Create Spaces and share data in OpenCloud

With Spaces you can share data with specific people within your organization. All members of a Space have the defined access to the data, and you can customize the editing rights for each member.

Create a new Space​

  • Go to the menu item "Spaces” in the left sidebar

  • Click on "+ New Space”

    New-Space

  • Enter the desired name for the Space.

    Enter Spacename

  • Click on "Create”.

Display Space​

Your new Space now appears under "Spaces” and is ready to be used

Now you know how to quickly and easily create a Space and can start sharing data!

Spaces can only be permanently shared within your own organization.
