Shortcut

With OpenCloud you can create shortcuts to websites or files

Create shortcut

  • Click on “+ New” in the batch actions and select “Shortcut”.

  • Insert link or file:

    • In the window that opens, enter the link or the name of the file you want to link.

    • Alternatively, you can select the desired file from the list after you have entered the first few letters.

  • Specify the name of the shortcut:

    • Enter a name for the shortcut.

  • Create shortcut:

    • Click on “Create” to save the shortcut.

Use shortcut

  • Now click on the shortcut to open the linked web page or file in a new browser tab.

  • or a "Right-click" and "Open shortcut" on it
